In a recent assignment for statistics I was asked to collect data and use it in many formulas to figure out a bunch of statistical things. I decided to ask my fellow peers whether or not they liked driving. The reaults I found quite shocking. Of the 208 I questioned a whopping 87 said they could not stand driving. 87 that is 41%! Could this be possible. What is wrong with today's youth. Is it possible to not like driving. In the US alone there are over 254 million cars in the US according to a 2007 study by the DOT. With approximately 301 million people in that year only 16 percent of people did not have a car. Could today's youth be leaning away from cars? Or is my sample size just to small? If my statistics are right I'm worried for our future as American car lovers.
